“There is a pleasure in the pathless woods,
There is a rapture on the lonely shore,
There is society, where none intrudes,
By the deep sea, and music in its roar:
I love not man the less, but Nature more”
― Lord Byron
A blessing to count upon
broken heart to mend upon
what was solace to hold upon
nothing better than urdu couplet to catch upon
When words fall short , nimble thought gazes away
what is better to jott down few lines
fresh gale to breath upon , picturesque moment to hold upon
With tome to read upon , savoured with a cup of coffee
rising sun with chirping birds to sight upon
walk beside tall conifers to relish upon
advent of new season , with changing foliage to sight upon
gushing of streams , rivulets to freak upon
trails of terrace fields with folks , singing local lores to walk upon
Misty morning with morning stew
bright eyes with dreams to catch upon
rendezvous to find those pals to chatter
Don’t you feel there is a blessing in air
fleeting moment , to quest upon !
