Into the woods

Besides these lofty mountains

Dark  and deep alleys

wanders a feeble thought

with every step you reckon

when the world is yearning

you have moments away from all

Sunrise awake you up in the vale

cool gale froze up the breath

Sight of rhododendrons jott up the verdant meadows

Crackle of radio , old hindi no playing the tune

old man in the kiosk relishing the morning sun

having tea with old tales to tell upon

Whistling Of leaves , chirping of birds , clouds flying up and high

Do you need any reason to miss upon !

Deep and dark into the woods

Pristine valley behold the vista

pavelled trail runs up and down

Do you need any other reason to climb on !

Into the woods to find ourselves

with or without friends , no matter the season

to relish song of birds , deep stillness of woods

to wander away in the midst of high canopies

In the silence of night , sitting beside campfire

you feel warmed up , with gala time

dazzled by stars at night , you have every reason to be here !

Moments of ecstasy , broken by clinking of glasses

fleeting moments , relived to chance upon !

Another sunrise , another day , another story

till we part away , embellished with sweet memories.
